This project explores how Clay can use its own platform to understand user workflows, identify high-value patterns, and scale insight across teams. I built it as a standalone internal-use system, completely within Clay, to demonstrate how data, automation, and AI can power smarter product decisions.

🛠️ What It Does

The Workflow Intelligence Dashboard:

• Tracks user workflows based on blocks used, personas, and outcomes
• Uses AI to rate each workflow's "template potential"
• Summarizes each workflow's purpose and impact
• Suggests actions Clay could take — like templatize, feature, or study further

It's a Clay-native dashboard designed to act like an internal product analyst, surfacing insight from the building activity itself.

• AI Columns: For summary, scoring, and recommended actions
• Views by Persona & AI Usage: Simulated segmentation by user type
• Top Workflow Identification: Filtered workflows with high template potential
• Prompt-driven logic: All decisions and summaries are generated using Clay’s AI Blocks and prompt inputs
